RGIII is Willing to Improve Despite What Gruden Thinks

Many pro athletes in various sports have reached out to shot doctors to work on free throws and shooting. Quarterbacks are no different. Maybe this will be the change that RGIII needs to become a reliable starter in the NFL and to quiet his critics.
