NBA Opening Week

The opening of the 2017-18 NBA season has taken off before we have ever hit the mid-season. The early start as allowed basketball fans to enjoy the games during football season.

Washington and Toronto lead the East. Both teams are undefeated with 2-0 records. These are veteran teams with hopes of taking the East that has been dominated by Cleveland.

Derrick Rose, Cleveland

Cleveland's undefeated streak came to an end Saturday night when the Orlando Magic routed the Cavs without Derrick Rose. Rose was injured Friday night against the Bucks.

In the West, the Clippers had gone from a big three to just Griffin and Jordan. So far, the change has paid off. The Clippers have blown out the Lakers and the Suns.

The Houston Rockets have started the season at 3-0, defeating the World Champs on opening night. The duo of Chris Paul and James Harden has not reached its full potential due to Paul's injury.
